What is the mechanism of action of Denosumab?  What are some of the major side effects?   Denosumab is a monoclonal antibody which binds to RANKL preventing RANK from interacting with it.  Some of the major side effects are hypophosphotemia, decreased appetite, fatigue, weakness, and dermatitis.
